BIN 2 is a stain blocker primer sealer that also seals odors. It is the best alternative to the original BIN pigmented shellac. Great for knots, water stains, fire and smoke damage. Excellent wood sealer with great enamel holdout. Dries in 35 minutes; recoat in 2 hours. Seals in tough stains, pet, smoke and fire odors. Great under all topcoats.

• Ideal for new or previously painted surfaces including drywall, wood (pine, fir, cedar, redwood, plywood), cured plaster, masonry (concrete block, poured concrete, brick and stucco), metal (aluminum, steel, copper, wrought iron), rigid paintable plastics; glossy laminates and other interior surfaces
• Premium blended high-solids soya-base alkyd formula combines outstanding adhesion, reliable stain-blocking and effective odor sealing performance characteristics making it an exceptional product for new construction, remodeling and fire and water damage restoration and may be used under and over any latex or oil-base architectural paint
• Blocks stains including water, smoke, nicotine, crayon, most types of marker and ink, tannin, graffiti, pencil - and prevent them from bleeding into the topcoat paint, ensuring that they last longer
