The Zinsser Cover Stain 3 gal. White Oil-Based Interior/Exterior Primer and Sealer sticks to any surface without sanding and can be used under and over oil- and latex topcoats. It features a tin table oil-based formula that seals stain from water, smoke, fire, nicotine and tannin bleed. The 3 gal. container works well on areas up to 1,200 sq. ft., and the primer dries to the touch in 30 minutes. For best results, it should be reapplied after 1 hour.
