• For use on vertical/horizontal, flat surfaces-old brick, driveways, patios, etc
• Prevents water, efflorescence and freeze-thaw damage; breathable
• Clear, non-yellowing, non-glossy; water-based, low VOCs and very low odor
• Apply with a low-pressure airless sprayer
• Paintable
• After 5-10 minutes back roll remaining pools or puddles with dry-roller to prevent excess material from drying on the surface
• Cleans up with soap and water
