Rust-Oleum 1 gal. Wet Look High Gloss Lacquer seals and protects concrete and masonry surfaces from the damaging effects of water, chemicals and UV light. Forms an ultra-durable, protective barrier to keep water out using NeverWet properties and provides protection against stains. Quick and easy application using a solvent-resistant pump sprayer or paint roller.
