Rust-Oleum penetrating concrete sealer provides bare concrete with superior protection from the damaging effects of water, oil, chemicals and stains. Featuring a unique fluorinated polymer technology, rust-ileum penetrating concrete sealer deeply penetrates into concrete pores to form a protective barrier beneath the surface. The advanced technology repels water, automotive oil, hydraulic fluids, de-icing salts, food stains, chemicals and more to prevent common concrete problems (pitting, spalling and dusting) and extend the life of concrete.
