Rainguard Floor-Lok Sealer Concentrate with Micro-Lok is cost effective water based clear silane/siloxane water repellent that aids in concrete curing, sealing, hardening and dust proofing interior and exterior horizontal surfaces including: concrete floors, parking structures, concrete decks, building ramps, sidewalks, lightweight concrete floors.

• Seals surfaces from damage caused by water intrusion and seepage, chloride ion intrusion, cracking caused by freeze/thaw cycles, scaling and helps prevent efflorescence and lime run
• Coverage depends on the substrate being applied on porous or non-porous coverage range from 200-300 sq. ft. per gallon
• Dries clear and does not alter surface appearance – leaves no surface film, no sheen and will not yellow
• Low carbon footprint – with low VOC, low odor and UV protection
• Resistant to oil, gas and brake fluid
• Dries to touch in just 48 hours
• Can be apply in cold weather down to 40°F (4.4°C)
