Rainguard’s Blok-Lok is a superior water repellent designed to protect exterior vertical surfaces in the harshest of climates with a 100% active and unique blend of silane/siloxanes and exclusive Micro-Lok formulation. When applied, Blok-Lok forms a long-chain water repellent barrier deep within the masonry surface. This hydrophobic barrier repels water yet remains highly vapor permeable and allows moisture to escape.

• Deep penetrating 100% breathable water repellent for vertical concrete, brick and masonry surfaces
• Coverage depends on the substrate being applied on porous or non-porous coverage range from 60 - 150 sq. ft. per gallon
• Does not alter surface appearance -leaves no surface film, no sheen and will not yellow
