Rainguard Super Stucco Primer/Sealer Concentrate with Micro-Lok is a specially designed water based, clear silane/siloxane water repellent that will protect stucco, EIFS and cement plaster and can be used as a primer/sealer prior to application of a paint or stain topcoat. Super Stucco penetrates deep into dense masonry surfaces to provide long lasting and virtually indestructible water repellent protection that is not affected by weather or sunlight that contains no silicone oils, paraffin wax or urethanes.

• Seals and protect stucco surfaces to guard against water damage
• Coverage depends on the substrate being applied on porous or non-porous coverage range from 75 - 200 sq. ft. per gallon
• Dries clear and does not alter surface appearance - leaves no surface film, and will not yellow
• Protects against damage from water intrusion and seepage, helps prevent efflorescence and lime run
• Dries to touch in 1 hour
• Lower labor costs option to spray apply only 1 coat or roller apply 2nd coat after only 4 hours
