Semi-Gloss Water-Based 275 VOC Indoor/Outdoor Spar Urethane is a great way to add a semi-gloss sheen to outdoor furniture as well as doors, bathroom cabinets, windows and kitchen countertops. The water-based formula is cleaned up easily with soap and warm water and has a VOC rating of 275.
