Hydropel is an industrial-quality clear, water-based sprayable or paintable liquid water-repellent sealer which activates a water-repellent effect on the surfaces of concrete, brick, mortar and masonry. Hydropel works better and lasts longer than conventional sealers because it contains a unique blend of silane and siloxane compounds which chemically react with silicates below the surface of the substrate. This reaction forms an insoluble, water-repellent barrier within the surface that cannot wear away, fade, yellow, crack or peel. The finished application is virtually invisible, leaving the surface with its original appearance and breathability.

• Long service life translates into low overall cost-proven to outlast common sealer 5:1 with excellent water-repellency and vapor transmission
• Easy to apply with either a low pressure sprayer (garden sprayer), brush or roller; excellent penetration into concrete, block, brick, stone and all other types of masonry
• Works as a chloride screen to protect against salt attack from de-icing salts, sea water, resists acid rain and other chemical; helps to prevent freeze/thaw damage and protects reinforcing steel from corrosion
• Waterborne / water-based with low VOCs (Volatile organic compounds) content
• No change of surface gloss or appearance and with no darkening or only very slight darkening of original surface color, virtually undetectable
• Resists mildew and moss formation; resists rust stains and efflorescence and easy to clean-up with water
• Coverage varies depending on material 200 SF on Concrete, 250 SF on Brick, 100-150 SF on Block / CMU, 100-100 on Stone
